The “ZB Ball & marker Pickup is protected by a 2 Year warranty.
The “Raptor Retriver” is protected by a 2 Year warranty.
This warranty ONLY covers defects due to faulty materials, faulty workmanship and is subject to normal conditions of use.
This warranty does NOT cover for loss or theft.
This warranty does NOT cover accidental or malicious damage.
This warranty does NOT cover normal wear & tear.
This warranty is NOT transferrable and only applies to the purchaser of the device. Evidence of purchase may be required.
Postage and handling costs for the supply of any replacement parts or for a replacement device are to be paid for by the customer.
Upgrades may be offered by Golf Stuff Australia at an additional discounted cost to the customer.

Claims will be dealt with as quickly as possible and you may be asked in the first instance to send back to us the device in question for inspection. Any return postal costs are to be paid for by the customer in the first instance but upon completion of the claim and if the claim is upheld then Golf Stuff Australia will refund the customer the cost of the return postage. Postage costs for any replacements are still the customers responsibility.
If any claim is not upheld then Golf Stuff Australia will supply the customer, upon request, the reason for the failed claim and also discuss any options available to the customer.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
